So the new movie First Man with Ryan Gosling is the story of the 1969 landing on the moon with Neil Armstrong and Buss Aldrin (plus Michael Collins in orbit). But the movie leaves out the planting of the American Flag on the moon. And while Neil died in 2012, Gosling somehow had the audacity to speak for Armstrong saying he didn't view himself as an American and it was an achievement of the human race. What complete hogwash. Gosling is Canadian and clearly doesn't know anything about Sputnik, the "space race" and the fact that America - a unique country of immigrants who are now truly Americans - conceived, designed and paid for the moon landing. He and the rest of Hollywood are, to be kind, knuckleheads.
